Brymbo heritage is not just about Brymbo iron and steel. It also encompasses neighbouring communities (Tan-y-Fron, Vron, Ffrith, Ffrwd, Moss, Southsea, Bwlchgwyn, Pentre Broughton etc) and other industries (such as coal mining and railway building).

For over 3000 years the land around Brymbo has been shaped by the people who have lived and worked there. At the moment this website can only scratch the surface in recording Brymbo's past, but we hope that as time progresses we will start to build up a complete picture of this fascinating area.
